Suggested Dosage

Serving Suggestion: Add to fruit juice or stir Wheat Grass Powder into food after cooking.

To make a fruit smoothie: Add to a blender 3 cups of tropical fruit juice, 3 rounded teaspoons of Wheat Grass powder and 1 banana and blend until smooth (makes 3 servings).

Adults: 1 rounded teaspoon daily with food.

Children: Age 5-15 years - generous 1/2 a teaspoon daily with food. Store below 30 c (86 F). Keep dry and tightly sealed.

Lifestream Wheat Grass is a NZ grown, wholesome green food made from the fresh leaves of young Wheat Grass plants. Lifestream's Wheat grass is grown slowly through summer for around 90 days, accumulating vitamins & minerals and storing them in their leaves until they reach their nutritional peak. It is then harvested at peak potency and "flash air dried" in minutes to ensure the living enzymes and nutrients are not damaged or compromised. This is shown by their rich Chlorophyll content, which is a good indicator for correct growing practice, high quality plants and gentle processing. They also mill their plants to an ultra fine particle size to ensure easy mixing and absorption. This Wheat Grass powder is a Pure & natural green super food, which contains high levels of Vitamins, antioxidants and trace minerals.
