Common Uses

Cypress essential oil is energising, reviving, and cleansing, may be used for excessive perspiration, haemorrhoids, menorrhagia, oily skin, rheumatism, varicose veins. Cypress (Cupressus sempervirens) comes from a woody evergreen tall tree derived from the branch and tree needles. A good tonic for the emotions, it has energising and stimulating properties. It eases sadness and encourages assertiveness. Choose Cypress when you want to find security and balance during times of tension.

Suggested Dosage

Adults: Add 5 drops to oil vaporiser or bath, or 4 drops to every 10ml carrier oil, 1-3 times daily. Children: Half the adult dose.
