Each capsule contains: Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 250mg, Magnesium oxide 167mg (equiv to 100mg magnesium), Manganese amino acid chelate 25mg, Zinc citrate 48mg (equiv to 15mg zinc), Vitamin B6 15mg, Vitamin A 2500 IU, Selenomethionine 5mg (equiv to 25mcg selenium).
