Common Uses

Tissue Salts were developed by a German doctor by the name of Wilhelm Schuessler in the 1800's. His theory was that many ailments were caused by imbalances of certain vital minerals in the cells of the body. Mag.Phos. Is found in similar tissues to Calc. Phos i.e.; bones, teeth and nerve tissues, as well as in blood vessels and muscles, but basically it is a soft tissue salt.

Suggested Dosage

Adults: Take 4 tablets, Children: Take two tablets. Take three doses per day. For acute conditions: Take the appropriate dose every half an hour until symptoms subside. For chronic or maintenance dose, take the appropriate dosage four times daily. Take half an hour before meals. Place under the tongue, chew or dissolve in warm water.

Mag.Phos. Is found in similar tissues to Calc. Phos i.e.; bones, teeth and nerve tissues, as well as in blood vessels and muscles, but basically it is a soft tissue salt. A deficiency of this salt leads to cramp-like conditions and colicky states and so it is known as the anti-spasmodic tissue salt. Mag. Phos is used for the following conditions muscle cramps and spasms, minor occasional pains, hiccups, spasmodic shivers and twitching, intermittent retention of urine and bladder spasm, enlarged prostate, writer's cramp and similar conditions, stuttering, crampy labour pains, painful menstruation, ovarian neuralgia, gallstone colic, teething in infants, flatulence, intercostal neuralgia, headaches, toothache when pains are sharp, shooting, rheumatic pains. Mag. Phos subjects are often lean, nervous people. Pains are usually worse from cold and touch and helped by warmth, pressure and bending.

Ingredients

Each tablet contains the Mineral Tissue Salt Magnesium Phosphate 6x in a lactose base.
