Suggested Dosage

Adults: Consume one rounded teaspoon daily with food.

Children 6-12 years: As directed by your health care professional. Add to fruit juice, yoghurt or your favourite smoothie and mix well.

For those people training heavily or needing extra nutrition then higher amounts can be consumed as desired.

This product from Lifestream International contains the 3 Superfoods Spirulina, Chlorella & Barley Grass. Here is information about these ingredients and how they can help in the body.
