Common Uses

Neroli oil is anti-microbial and anti-spasmodic and is therefore good for respiratory ailments, including flu, colds, bronchitis and sore throats. It is very relaxing, stress relieving, uplifting, and is a good antidepressant. It is frequently used for dry or sensitive skins. Useful for anxiety or tension and may increase low libido.

Suggested Dosage

5 drops in 10mls carrier oil for massage or bath. Use in skin oil blends. 1-6 drops in burner.
