Common Uses

This calming remedy helps you relax at night after the stress and strains of a difficult day. It can also be used to help cope with stressful situations during the day. It helps relieve nervous tension, restlessness and sleeplessness. A non-habit forming treatment to promote relaxation and restful sleep. Suitable for all the family.

Suggested Dosage

Directions: Take 5 drops (child under 7 years), 10 drops (7-14 years) or 15 drops (adult) or as directed by your practitioner.

For insomnia: Take before dinner and at bedtime. This dosage may be repeated during the night.

For nervous tension: Take 3 times daily at least 15 mins before meals. In acute cases take every two hours, or as directed by your health care professional. If your symptoms persist consult your practitioner. Naturally cloudy. Shake the bottle well.

For relaxation and sleep. These are the actions that the ingredients in this formulation provide. Avena sativa (Common Oat) Excellent for nervous exhaustion, poor concentration, nourishes the nerves. Passiflora incarnata (Passion Flower) Quietens the nervous system, relaxes and promotes sleep. Valerian officinalis Calms nervous excitement, nervous tension & sleeplessness. Valerian has a long history of use as a sedative in the treatment of various nervous disorders including states of hysteria, excitability and mild insomnia. Coffea tosta In a homoeopathic dose, soothes nervous agitation and restlessness. This homoeopathic Coffee (60x) works because of the principle of 'like cures like'. While a standard dose of coffee stimulates our brain and makes us feel alert and awake, homoeopathic coffee treats those symptoms, relaxing an overactive mind and promoting sleep. Humulus lupulus (Hop flowers) Promotes sleep, and soothes the gastric system i.e. nervous stomachs. Hop-filled pillows are a traditional treatment for sleep disorders.

Each 1g (approx. 15 drops) contains: Tincture, equiv. to fresh juice: Avena sativa, flowering herb 125mg; Humulus lupulus, fruit 4mg; Passiflora incarnata, flowering herb 25mg. Decoction, equiv. fresh root juice: Valeriana officinalis 171mg. Homoeopathic potency of: Coffea tosta, decoct. 60x, 150mg; in water/ethanol base. Free from synthetic preservatives.
