Suggested Dosage

Take 2 or 3 tablets daily. Magnesium helps you to unwind properly at night time, so most people take 2 tablets at dinner. If you haven't taken a magnesium supplement before, start with just 1 tablet for the first day, then increase to 2 tablets the following day.
