Suggested Dosage

Children from 12 months to 12 years: 10mls once a day, preferably before meals. Adults and children 13 years and over: 20mls or 4 level teaspoons once a day, preferably before meals. As a food supplement, take 1 measuring capful daily before a meal. For prolonged use as a food supplement take 20ml daily before a meal

Ingredients

Each 20ml dose contains: magnesium from magnesium gluconate and magnesium citrate 250mg. And herbal decoctions equiv. To chamomile flowers 50mg, fennel seed 50mg, bitter orange peel 50mg, carrot 50mg, spinach 40mg. Floradix magnesium also contains honey and juices from apricot, mangos, pineapples and pears and natural peach flavouring. It DOES NOT contain any alcohol, synthetic colouring or flavouring and it is not chemically prepared. After opening it should be refrigerated and used within 4 weeks. Shake before use.
