Suggested Dosage

Under 60kg: 2-3 caps 1 hour prior to exercise. 60-80kg: 2-6 caps 1 hour prior to exercise. 80-100kg: 2-7 caps 1 hour prior to exercise. Over 100kg 2-8 caps 1 hour prior to exercise.
