Common Uses

Taken before, during and after pregnancy (while breast feeding) to supply you and your baby with essential fatty acids to help with better eye and brain function.

Suggested Dosage

Adult - Take 2-3 capsules daily with meals, or as directed by your physician. Children under 3 years - Pierce 1-2 capsules and mix contents with food or drink. Suitable for not only the expectant mother, but also for male partners prior to conception. Can be taken in conjunction with folic acid.  If taking this product for the first time, take 4 softgels daily with food for an initial 12 weeks.

Each softgel contains: High DHA Marine Fish Oil 280mg, Efamol Rigel Evening primrose oil (EPO) 270mg providing: Total Omega 3&6 nutrients 282mg providing Gamma-linolenic Acid (GLA) 31mg, Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 62mg, Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 14mg, Arachidonic Acid (AA) 5mg, dl-Alpha tocopherol (Vitamin E) 5mg. Non active components: Gelatin and Glycerine capsule. No cod liver, corn, egg, gluten, milk derivatives, nuts, salt, soy, sugar, wheat, yeast, preservatives, flavouring or colour.
