Common Uses

Internally - Support of skin, hair & nails and to help maintain elasticity of skin.

Externally - Relief of minor/superficial wounds such as cuts, scratches and abrasions; mild to moderate acne; psoriasis; sunburn and can be used as a face mask.

Suggested Dosage

Oral Application: As a dietary supplement to support skin, hair and nails & to maintain elasticity of the skin - Adults and children over 12 years of age take 1 tablespoon (15 mL by metric measure) daily diluted in water or juice.

Topical application - Dispense small quantity into a separate clean container. May assist in the symptomatic relief of mild to moderate acne and in the relief of the effects of psoriasis on the skin.

Body Essential Silicea soothes the skin after sun exposure due to its cooling effect.  helps soothe minor wounds.  Apply with a dampened cotton ball to the affected area and cover with a wet gauze.  rinse after 10 minutes.  Can also be used as a face mask for oily skin.

Keep out of reach of Children.  Store at 2 to 8 degrees celcius (refrigerate) with cap tightly closed after you have opened it.  Shake well before use.  Close bottle immediatly after opening and use within 4-5 weeks.
