Common Uses

Suggested Dosage

Adults: Take 2 capsules 1 to 3 times daily. Children 6-12 yrs: Take 1 capsule 1 to 3 times daily, or as professionally advised.

It combines specific nutrients and key herbs including Boswellia, perilla, eyebright and fenugreek - selected for their action in helping to reduce the symptoms of hay fever, sinus, eczema, asthma and congestion. Watery eyes, sneezing, blocked nasal passages or profuse watery nasal flow, breathing difficulties and eczema are all symptoms that can relate to an allergic reaction. This product also contains the amino acid histidine, which acts as a natural anti histamine and helps to dampen down allergic reactions. For those people who suffer with hay fever, sinus and other allergic reactions each year, Leanne suggests completing a liver cleanse. She has found in most cases, this has been beneficial.

Per 1 capsule: Herbal extracts equivalent to dry: Boswellia Gum Resin 900mg (equiv. Boswellic acids 97.5mg), Elder flower 400mg, Eyebright 500mg, Fenugreek Seeds 150mg, Perilla leaves 150mg, Baical Skullcap 200mg, Other Nutrients: Histidine 25mg, Quercetin 25mg. No artificial colour, flavour or preservative.
