Common Uses

Used in hormonal imbalances such as PMT, menstrual cycle irregularities, endometriosis, menopause and hormonal skin conditions, eczema and dry skin. Also an effective lubricating agent in arthritis and may benefit constipation. May assist in cardiovascular disease.

Suggested Dosage

The recommended dosage is one or two softgels daily, with food.  If taking this product for the first time, take four softgels daily with food for an initial 12 weeks.

Essential fatty acids (EFA's) are used in the body for a wide range of important functions. Ingredients

Each softgel contains:  Efamol Rigel Evening Primrose Oil 1000mg, Total Omega-6 nutrients 755mg providing Gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) 125mg, Vitamin E (dl-alpha tocopherol acetate) ) 10mg.  Gelatin, glycerine capsule.  No corn, egg, gluten, milk derivatives, nuts, salt, soy, sugar, wheat, yeast, preservatives, flavourings or colours.
