Suggested Dosage

Adults take 1 tablespoon with a meal twice a day.

Ingredients

Per 1 tablespoon (15ml): Calcium (as phosphate, citrate, lactate) 500mg, Magnesium (as oxide) 200mg, Zinc (as gluconate) 1.5mg. In a base containing: Vitamin D (cholecalciferol) 200IU at the time of manufacture, filtered water, fructose, glycerin, natural flavours, xanthan gum, hydroxylated lecithin, potassium sorbate (as preservative) and sodium benzoate (as preservative)
