Maintenance of healthy connective tissue and bones (a deficiency often leads to bleeding and poor wound healing) Normal metabolism of cholesterol and the production of cortisol by the adrenal gland. The production of collagen (found in both skin and bones) in the metabolism or various brain chemicals. The synthesis of the hormone noradrenalin, which has powerful effects upon pulse rate and blood pressure. Supports the body's natural mechanism of preventing or reducing inflammation with a vigorous immune response, reducing the discomfort normally associated with colds and infections.

Suggested Dosage

Adults & Children over 10 years: 1/2 to 1 heaped teaspoon daily. Mix with water or fruit juice or sprinkle on breakfast cereal. During times of illness, stress or infection: 1/2 to 1 teaspoon every two to three hours until symptoms improve. Reduce dose gradually over the next three days, then maintain 1 once or twice a day dose. If bowel discomfort occurs, reduce intake accordingly. For long term maintenance: Take 1 heaped teaspoon daily. Take regularly for best results.
