Suggested Dosage

To support healthy milk flow, drink 1 cup upon awakening and 2 to 3 cups throughout the day. For a stronger effect, use 2 tea bags. Directions: For best tea infusion, pour 8 oz boiling water over one organic Woman's Nursing Mom tea bag and steep for 5 to 10 minutes. Gently squeeze each tea bag to fully release the active ingredients. Drink 2 cups daily to maintain milk production or 1 cup every 3 hours to stimulate milk flow.
