Calcium is one of the most vital and important minerals in our body. It is also the most abundant, with 99% being deposited in our bones, teeth and nails. Suggested Dosage

Take after food to improve absorption.  Add to smoothies, water with a squeeze of lemon, juices or use in baking.

Children age 1-11 yrs: Take ¼-1/2 teaspoon daily.

Adults: Take ½-1 teaspoon daily.

Pregnant and breastfeeding women: Take ¾-1 ¼ teaspoons daily.
