Suggested Dosage

Adults: 2-4 capsules twice daily on an empty stomach with a large amount of water. Children: 1-2 capsules twice daily with a large glass of water. Some people may notice detoxification symptoms when first taking colostrum so a reduced dosage is often a good idea initially. Slowly build up to the recommended dosage over a few weeks.
