Common Uses

To achieve the best results it is necessary to dilute the concentrated essential oil before application. Burners and light bulb rings are effective ways to disperse the oil aroma. Or add to a carrier oil and massage into the skin.

Suggested Dosage

Adults add one drop to bath or burner. Add one drop to every 10ml of carrier oil. Children half dropage. Not to be used on infants 0-12 months.
