Suggested Dosage

Adults: Take 1 to 3 capsules daily, spread throughout the day. Dosage will depend on your level of activity and body weight. This product is designed to be used in conjunction with intense exercise and a balanced healthy diet and should ideally be taken on an empty stomach 2 hours after or 1 hour before food, for optimum results. To maximise absorption either cut each tablet into quarters or use a garlic crusher to break up each tablet. Please note: Iron and calcium have been omitted from this formulation as they compete with other key micro-nutrients for uptake, if taken at the same time.
