Suggested Dosage

Women: 2-3 tablets per day, spread throughout the day. Men: 2-4 tablets, spread throughout the day (e.g. 1st thing in the morning and again in the afternoon). Dosage will depend on your level of activity and body weight. This product is designed to be used in conjunction with intense exercise and a balanced healthy diet and should ideally be taken on an empty stomach 2 hours after or 1 hour before food, for optimum results. To maximise absorption either cut each tablet into quarters or use a garlic crusher to break up each tablet. Please note: Iron and calcium have been omitted from this formulation as they compete with other key micro-nutrients for uptake, if taken at the same time.
