Each 1 tablet provides: Marine protein 200mg, Lyophilised Marine Collagen Extract 50mg, EPO Evening Primrose Oil 5mg, , Zinc Gluconate 19mg, equivalent Zinc 2.5mg, Calcium Phosphate 300mg, equivalent Calcium 70mg. Herbal extracts equivalent to dry: Acerola 25mg, Horsetail 50mg. No artificial flavours, sweeteners, preservatives or colours used in this product. Please note: This breakdown (and hence the mg amount of ingredients per tablet) is the same as it was previously, just Good health based the ingredients on taking 2 tablets previously, where this is the breakdown of just 1 tablet.
