EstroSoy helps relieve hot flashes and night sweats, supports breast health, and promotes healthy bones by helping the body retain calcium. EstroSoy is a phytoestrogen dietary supplement made from whole soybeans fermented with a natural, proprietary process. EstroSoy from Nature's Way is a unique dietary supplement containing fermented soy. Fermentation is a preparation technique by which enzymes and micro flora breakdown glucose molecules within food. In the case of fermented soy beans, enzymes leave the beta-glycosal bonds from naturally occurring Genistitin and Daidzin to form more biologically active isoflavones: Genistein and Daidzein. Soy isoflavones free of glucose are referred to as aglycones, free-form or unconjugated. Fermented soybeans have three distinct advantages: More bio available isoflavones, higher Genistein content and a broader nutrient profile.
