An adequate supply of the B vitamins is essential for good health. They are needed for proper functioning of the nervous system, for maintenance of muscle tone in the gastrointestinal tract and for the health of the skin, hair, eyes, mouth and liver. The B vitamins function in many different ways to help enzymes carry out thousands of molecular conversions in the body and are therefore known as enzymes. They provide the body with energy by aiding in the conversion of carbohydrates to glucose, which the body burns to produce energy. They are also vital in the metabolism of fats and protein. B complex vitamins are water soluble. This means that any excess amounts are excreted and not stored in the body. Therefore they must be continually replaced. However it is important that none of the B vitamins are taken on there own. They are all so interrelated in function that doses of just one of them may be therapeutically valueless or may cause a deficiency of others.

Each capsule contains: Thiamine nitrate (Vit B1) 100 mg, Riboflavine (Vit B2) 100mg, Nicotinamide 100mg, Calcium Pantothenate 100mg, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vit B6) 100mg, Cyanocobalamin (Vit B12) 50 mcg, Folic Acid 100mcg, Biotin 100mcg, Choline Bitartrate 50mg, Inositol 50mg. Free from lactose, sugar, starch, gluten, yeast, artificial colours, flavours or dairy products.
