Suggested Dosage

How to use:  Mix 60 grams (approx 4 level scoops) with 500ml of skim milk/full cream milk or 300ml of water in a shaker.  Shake well prior to each use as product may have settled.   Daily Use: Use Bulk 2-3 times, between meals as an additional calorie source.  Post Training:  Consume Bulk immediately after exercise - within 8-30 minutes.
