Common Uses

Sports Action Spray has been formulated to assist with rapid recovery from the shock and trauma of accidents and sporting injuries. It works by supporting the body's normal response to the build up of lactic acid in the muscles. Sports Action Spray contains Arnica to help reduce bleeding and bruising and is also recommended for the treatment of muscle and tendon injuries, varicose veins and venous haemorrhage and can assist in the control of pain. It may be used to treat injuries on the sports field, by the simple addition of a few sprays to the fluid replacement during an event or match. Fluid and electrolyte replacement may also be indicated. Sports Action Cream is a pleasant smelling massage oil which can be used prior to and following any sporting activity to help relieve stiffness, pain, bruising or swelling. It is quickly absorbed into the skin and does not stain clothing.

Suggested Dosage

For the Oral Sprays: Use one spray directly into the mouth every 15 minutes for 6 to 8 doses or until improvement is noted. Reduce the frequency to 3 times a day as the condition improves. For best results ensure that each dose is held in the mouth momentarily and avoid coffee during treatment. Massage Oil: Massage into affected areas prior to and following sporting activity and as required for bruising, swelling and stiffness.
