Every purchase you make qualifies for healthpoints™. Your healthpoints™ have an expiry date of three years from the date they are earned, subject to remaining a healthpoints™ member. Healthpoints™ members must make one purchase from Ideal Health at least once every 12 months, from the date of their most recent purchase, to continue as a qualifying healthpoints™ member. Your purchase can be in store at Ideal Health our retail shop or by mail order on the 0800 HEALTH order line, or from our online shop healthyonline

You will receive a healthpoints™ statement every three months, showing your current healthpoints™ total.

Healthpoints™ is not available to overseas customers at this time.

How do I redeem my points for rewards?

Just complete a loyalty redemption form online at www.healthpoints.co.nz or print and post the completed form, to healthpoints, PO Box 1164, Shortland Street, Auckland 1140.

You can also fax it to 09 4432 068 to receive your reward.
