At healthyonline we will deliver to customers in any country serviced by New Zealand Post. This includes several hundred countries worldwide. Your international order will be shipped by New Zealand Post first class insured airmail, with freight charged at cost.
For orders under 10kg in weight, selecting the freight region in the drop down box at the checkout, will enable you to automatically see the total value of your order, including any freight charge.
If the weight of your order is over 10kg we will calculate the freight due on receipt of your order, then Email you for approval of this charge, before processing your order. Freight charges are based on your orders total weight and final destination.
You will be sent an Email by healthyonline confirming receipt of your order, to the email address you have used in the order form.
A second Email will be sent by healthyonline customer service staff confirming dispatch of your order.
For your information, an order comprising two products would typically cost an additional NZ$9 (about US$6) to send to North America or Japan. To send to Australia would be around NZ$7.
You will be sent a second Email by healthyonline confirming dispatch of your order, once payment is received.
If you are experiencing any delay receiving your order, please do not hesitate to contact healthyonline Customer Service. Please advise us of your order number, if known.
Customers are responsible for any customs or taxes imposed on foreign orders.
Your order will usually arrive at your international destination within 5-14 business days of dispatch. Australian deliveries usually take 5 business days from the time you place your order.
Delays beyond this time. are usually caused by customs issues in the destination country.
If parcels are delayed beyond 4 weeks we can start an insurance claims process and either resend or refund your order.
Before placing your order, please check with your local authorities, to ensure that there are no special requirements for importing health supplements. These requirements may include import duties or taxes. These costs are not the responsibility of healthyonline.
Customs regulations in most countries will allow the 'personal importation' of health supplements. However please ensure that any product you order is not prohibited in your own country. Please note that healthyonline will not be held responsible for the replacement of any product that is confiscated by your country's Customs Office.
healthyonline products are delivered Internationally by DHL and New Zealand Post.
All international parcels and sent by first class insured airmail. This is not a trackable service, but the goods are insured against loss or damage.
International delivery with tracking is avaiable for a fee of NZ$30, This is additional to any freight charges and must be requested at the time of placing your order.
