You can select products and information in a number of different ways.
View this page to select by Category, Ailment, Body System, or Name
At any time you can choose a specific product you require by simply clicking the "Add to Basket" link, which appears whenever a product is displayed. You will then be taken to the Shopping Basket page where you can alter the quantity of any item or continue shopping.
Your order can be viewed at any time by Checking Your Basket.
At any time you can add to, alter or delete any or all of the items in your Shopping Basket, prior to the final checkout.
If you know the name of a product or health condition you are interested in, use the Search box, available on every page of our web site. You can type anything into the Search box, and it will return a list of any products matching your search criteria. If it does not find anything matching your request, it may help to try to be a little less specific with your criteria.
Any products matching your search criteria, will be displayed in alphabetical order.
Alternatively, click the Help Me to Choose button in the left menu bar of every page. This page allows you to conveniently search and browse for product information in several ways.
You can choose a health category from the "Browse Products" list or choose a symptom or ailment from the "Browse Conditions" topic list.
The Browse Conditions Topic list, will not only give you a list of products that match your search criteria, but also information related to that health topic, written and compiled by our Naturopathic team.
You can create a healthyonline customer membership easily, so you can then look up your previous orders and reload shopping baskets from a previous visit to our internet shop.

The shopping basket will be presented to you as you add products to your order, as a pop up screen that you can close, and continue shopping.
Your shopping basket can easily be accessed at any time by clicking the "View Basket" link, located at the top right of the screen. Click "Order Now" to complete your order.
Adding Items to the Shopping Basket
Just click on the "Add to Basket" link which appears with every product displayed. The shopping basket will pop up. You can alter the quantity of each item, and make other changes to the items in your shopping basket at any time.
You can continue shopping using any of these other order methods or if paying by credit card you can proceed to the Checkout by clicking the "Order Now" button, at the top right of the page.
If you want to change the quantity of any item(s), just type the new quantity in the quantity field for each item you wish to change and click on "Update Order" button.
Once you've found everything you're looking for and have added them to your shopping basket, click the "Place Order" button. You will be prompted for your delivery details and a payment method.
If you choose to pay by credit card, your credit card information will be processed by our Secure Server, which ensures your credit card details are safely encrypted for your total privacy.

Your order will be dispatched as soon as payment is received.
You will be sent an automatic Email by healthyonline confirming receipt of your order, to the email address you enter in the order form.
Once your order has been processed, a second Email will be sent by Ideal Health customer service staff, confirming dispatch of your order. We aim to process orders within 24 hours, during the working week.

Just print out your order form at the end of the checkout process, then either phone 0800 HEALTH (toll free within New Zealand) or fax your order through on the number below. If you're in Auckland, you can visit us at our retail shop in Glenfield. You may also post your order by mail.
Orders sent by mail, fax or phone can be paid by credit card.
We also accept personal cheques or direct credits from New Zealand customers.
