NZ orders are couriered promptly to most destinations within NZ:
Order over NZ$50 and your supplement order is delivered freight free* within New Zealand. All New Zealand orders under NZ$50 in value will have a delivery charge applied. Rural deliveries incur an additional fee of NZ$3.50. Orders of food and cleaning products, may incur additional delivery charges. If your order is not freight free, we will contact you. in these instances.
healthyonline products are delivered internationally by DHL and New Zealand Post. All international parcels and sent by first class insured airmail.
You can expect your order to arrive within 5 to 14 business days of dispatch (Australian deliveries usually take 5 business days from the time you place your order).

For NZ Orders - When your order is ready for dispatch, our customer service team will send you a confirmation email which will include a Courier ticket number to assist in tracking your order.
For International Orders – First class insured airmail is not a trackable service, however goods are insured and if parcels are delayed beyond 4 weeks we can start an insurance claims process. Delivery with tracking is available for an additional fee of NZD $30.

Whenever possible, we try to ship your order as one complete shipment. However, if any items are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available (with no additional shipping charges).
You will be advised if this is the case, when receiving confirmation of your order from healthyonline customer services.
