We try and ensure that all products listed are either organically or wild grown sourced. We have a GE Free policy and do not stock or recommend the use of any Genetically Modified ingredients.

Ordering is extremely simple and carried out while you're online to healthyonline. Just click on the "Add to Order" button, which appears with every product displayed. You will then be taken to the order screen and can choose the quantity of each item you require.
Your order can be viewed at any time and you can add to, alter or delete any or all of the items in your shopping basket. Any or all of your order can be altered or cancelled at any time prior to confirming it at the checkout. More information on how to shop here.
When you have reviewed and submitted your order, it is automatically sent to our Customer Services Staff. You will be sent an automatic Email by healthyonline confirming receipt of your order, to the email address you entered in the order form. A second Email will be sent by healthyonline customer service staff confirming dispatch of your order.
The shopping basket will be presented to you as you add products to your order. Your shopping basket can easily be accessed at any time by clicking the "Check Your Basket" button. This is located near the bottom of the menu, on the left of each page.
Adding Items to the Shopping Basket
To add any item to your basket, just click on "Add to Order" next to any product listing. You can continue shopping using any of the methods described below, or you can proceed to the checkout by clicking the "Place Order" button from the Check Your Basket page.
Changing Quantities
If you want to change the quantity of any item(s), just type the new quantity in the quantity field for each one you wish to change and click on "Update Order" button. The quantity changes will not be saved unless you click this button!
Checkout
Once you've found everything you're looking for and have added them to your shopping basket, click on "Check Your Basket" button. Then click the "Place Order" button. You will be prompted for your delivery details and a payment method in the next screen that appears.
You'll then enter billing and shipping addresses. If you choose to pay by credit card, your credit card information will be processed by our secure server, which ensures your credit card details are safely encrypted for your privacy. You will be sent confirmation of your order by Email.

New Zealand Shipping Charges
For your convenience, your order will be delivered promptly by courier, to most loactions. Order over NZ$50 and your supplement order is delivered frieght free* within New Zealand. We will deliver your order to any destination in NZ - right to your home or business.
* All New Zealand orders under NZ$50 in value will have a delivery charge of NZ$3.50 applied. All Rural deliveries incur an additional fee of NZ$3.50. Orders of Food and Cleaning products, may incur additional delivery charges. You will be advised by email if your order is not frieght free, in these instances.
Our customer service team process all orders promptly and it will usually arrive at your preferred daytime delivery address within 24-72 hours.
International Shipping Charge
International orders will be shipped by first class insured airmail. By selecting the freight region in the drop down box available on the shopping basket page, you will be able to see the total value of your order, including freight.
If the weight of your order is over 10kg we will calculate the freight due on receipt of your order, then Email you for approval of the freight charge, before processing your order.
Freight charges are based on your orders total weight and final destination. You will be sent an Email by healthyonline confirming receipt of your order, to the email address you enter in the order form. A second Email will be sent by healthyonline customer service staff confirming dispatch of your order.
For your information, an order comprising two products would typically cost an additional NZ$9 (about US$6.50) to send to North America or NZ$7 to send to Australia. You can expect your order to arrive within 5 to 7 business days of dispatch.

New Zealand Customers Order Delivery
All orders, whether placed online or via mail, phone, or fax, are shipped immediately. To ensure prompt delivery, Monday to Friday our dispatch standard is to have all orders be on the way to you within 3 hours of receipt, providing that ordered items are in stock. All orders processed Monday to Friday by 3:00 pm NZ standard time will be shipped the same day, provided that items ordered are in stock.
New Zealand customers living in the Auckland metropolitan area who place their order by 10am Monday to Friday, can expect their order to be delivered the same day* if it is sent to a business address. All other orders should be delivered the next business day.
*The courier company we use, officially, has a "next day" delivery standard for all NZ metropolitan parcels, so we cannot guarantee same day delivery.
International Customers Order Delivery
International orders are dispatched by New Zealand Post, and will usually be delivered within 5 to 7 business days. All orders are sent by first class insured airmail.
healthyonline products are mainly delivered in New Zealand by Courier. Internationally orders are shipped by New Zealand Post. They all provide an outstanding, fast, secure service.
When you have reviewed and submitted your order, our customer service staff will automatically prepare your order for prompt dispatch. We will then send you a confirmation of your order via Email. This Email will include a Courier ticket number to assist in tracking your order.
If you have a query regarding the delivery of your order, please contact customer services and we will attend to your inquiry immediately.
Whenever possible, we try to ship your order as one complete shipment. However, if any items are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available (with no additional shipping charges). You will be advised if this is the case, when receiving confirmation of your order from healthyonline customer services.
