Shipping and Delivery Information

New Zealand Orders are dispatched immediately payment is received. Our customer service team aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours during the working week. Within Auckland please allow 48 hours for delivery. All other areas please allow 72 hours.

Within New Zealand, all supplement orders over NZ$50 in value are conveniently delivered freight FREE*

* All New Zealand orders under NZ$50 in value will have a delivery charge of NZ$3.50 applied.

An additional Rural Delivery fee of $3.50 will apply to all RD deliveries.

Freight Free may exclude food items and cleaning products - we will contact you before charging your order, if additional courier charges apply to your order containing these items.

International Orders will be shipped by first class insured airmail. By selecting the freight region during the check out, you will be able to see the total value of your order, including freight.

If the weight of your order is over 10kg we will calculate the freight due on receipt of your order, then Email you for approval of this charge, before processing your order.

Freight charges are based on your orders total weight and final destination.

International orders usually take 5-10 business days to arrive.

All Customers will be sent an automated Email by healthyonline confirming receipt of your order, to the email address you enter in the order form, when using the check out.

A second Email will be sent by our Customer Service staff, confirming dispatch of your order once it is processed.
