Mullein is an excellent herb that is used specifically for any problems relating to the lungs, chest and respiratory system. It helps to loosen phlegm & mucous in the chest & assists it to be eliminated from the body.

What is Mullein used for specifically?

Mullein calms spasms in the chest and is very high in minerals. This is an excellent herb to use for all respiratory problems, such as asthma, bronchitis, smokers cough and pulmonary disease.
